Who is responsible
The data controller for this website and for service enquiries is:
MB Programų sprendimai
Švitrigailos g. 11K-109, LT-03228 Vilnius, Lithuania
Registration: 304418651; VAT LT100011452314
hello@patchresponse.com
Preparing a request
The request builder processes the fields in your browser. It does not submit them to a server or save them in cookies, local storage or an account. Closing or reloading the page may discard your draft. Your browser may independently offer autofill features.
Copying or downloading a brief creates a copy under your control. If you open an email draft and send it, your email provider and the recipient process that message. Please do not include passwords, access tokens, customer records or other sensitive production data.
Website address preview
When you type a website address in the homepage field, our hosting worker looks up that website’s public icon, directly from the website and through Google’s public favicon service, so it can be shown next to the address. Only the website name is used for this lookup. Your browser does not contact the website, Google or any other third party, and this website does not store or log the address.
Payments
If you continue to payment, the website name is passed to Stripe as an order reference so we can match your payment to the right environment.
Payment takes place on Stripe’s hosted checkout. Stripe processes your card and payment details as an independent controller under its own privacy policy; we never see or store card numbers. We receive the payment confirmation, your name, email address, billing details and the order reference, and use them to confirm and deliver the order and to keep accounting records.
Service enquiries
Enquiries sent to hello@patchresponse.com are used to respond to your request and scope the service. Before any system access, the parties must agree the data handling, access scope and any necessary processing terms.
While we work in your systems, we may see personal data that you control. In that case we act as your processor, only on your documented instructions, under a data processing agreement concluded before access is granted.
Website requests
This website includes no advertising pixels, analytics scripts, third-party fonts or embedded payment forms. When published, the hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, for delivery and security. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Language and currency
We also remember your language in this tab to return you to the same language after Stripe checkout. This preference contains no payment details and is not used for tracking.
Our hosting provider uses the country associated with your request to suggest GBP in the United Kingdom, USD in the United States and EUR elsewhere. We do not request your precise location. You can change the currency manually. Your currency choice is stored in session storage for this browser tab and is not used for tracking. Language is selected through the page address. Service prices are fixed in each currency, not live exchange-rate conversions.
Legal bases
- Contract: answering enquiries at your request, preparing quotes, processing orders and delivering services (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- Legal obligation: keeping accounting and tax records (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)).
- Legitimate interests: operating, securing and protecting this website and our services, and defending legal claims (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
Recipients and international transfers
We use Cloudflare for hosting, security and email forwarding, Stripe for payments, and an email provider to receive and store our correspondence. These providers act under their own terms and data protection commitments. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
- Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months of our last contact.
- Engagement correspondence, scopes and reports are kept for the engagement and afterwards only as long as needed to answer questions or handle legal claims.
- Payment and invoicing records are kept for the period required by Lithuanian accounting law.
- This website itself does not store request form content or website addresses.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your personal data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and a copy of the data you provided in a portable format. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time. We answer requests within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania or with the data protection authority where you live or work.
Security
We protect the information we receive with access controls and encrypted connections. Never send passwords, access tokens or production data by email; access is arranged securely after the scope is agreed, and removed when the work is complete.
Changes to this information
We update this page when the way we handle data changes. The date below shows the current version.
